Hi,
I am creating a simple workflow in which there is a user decision 'yes' or 'NO' involved. Based on user decision i'm sending mail to sap inbox by using 'Send Mail' step. But when i test the workflow, then new logon window is opening and even when I enter the logon info, the mail is not coming into the SAP Inbox.
Pls suggest.
Thanks,
Can you be a bit specific. What do you mean by Logon window. You mean to say the mail is not appearing after you login. Please check in the SBWP Tcode and check in the Unread document section. There you will find your documents.
Thanks

Its very simple scenario. I have created a workflow with user decision YES/NO. In both cases different mails should be sent to SAP Inbox, that you have clicked either YES or NO.
So whats happening is;
when i test(F8) the workflow, YES/NO(User decision) screens opens and then when i click YES/NO button, another session opens and it has SAP LOGON screen, when i enter the username/password that window close out.
Now if i go to SBWP(Bussiness workplace), there is no mail in inbox...i have checked all the subnode of inbox but nothing is there.
But when i go to outbox-->started workflow, my workflow entry is present there.
Basically i have 2 question, why logon window is getting opened in new session and why sap mail is not coming in SAP inbox.
Please suggest. One more thing, on this server i'm running the workflow first time. So do i need to do some config before running the workflow. In SWU3, i did 'Automatic workfow customizing', but there are still some areas which are in RED. Does it has any effect on my workflow.
Thanks,
plz check mds.ini file configuration.
something like this , you have to give gateway or proxy setting for email server !
Mail Server=smtpgw.XXXX.com
hope this might help
