Hi,

In case there is request to solve an issue and if I know beforehand that this would require a group of requests, do you know if it is possible to generate a group of requests linked to the Master Request automatically ?

Hello,

we are using service requests an problem already in production.

I know that your requirement is not possible in SAP standard.

In SAP standard you can only add already created service requests to the master request (problem).

If this is required you need to do an own dev.
