dear all i need to assign position for more different cost center how is that?

Cost Center

can be assigned at Postion level or at PERNR level

at postion ;level check 1008 for cost centre assigment and for cost distribution check 1018

at PERNR level check 0027 for cost distribution

Hi Raul,

From what i understand, its about assiging cost center to position..

1. Go to transaction code PP01

2. Enter the details like Plan Version, Object type (Select S/Position), Identify position number

3. Maintain Relationships INfotype (1001)

.......Enter Validity dates...A011 - Cost Center assignment as relationship type and link with the cost center..

or you may also do it

1. go to PPOME (org & Staffing change interface)

2. navigate to the position using the search area and selection area.

3. For that position select the detailed view area on which maintain details in the master cost center.. and save it.... it will inherit from the root org unit or root position. if you want to change the cost center.. click the button next to it which..and change the cost center.

4. Maintain Cost Distribution infotype (1027) in both the cases based on percentage...
