Dear Fnds,

But in my case i need to maintain the 2 or more Products in a single Service notification.

Lets say iam manufacturing Laptops and Mobiles..

In Laptops i have around 100 products and in Mobiles i have around 100 products.

some time iam getting Laptop-123 and laptop-0099

I need to book the notification as two equpments.

Thanks in advance

hi

I think you can use the object list to specify the technical objects .but in the header you can only assign one technical object.Kindly explore the object list tab

Hi

You can use Object list. But you can settle the cost only for the header equipment attached.

The cost for rest of the equipments will be settled to the header equipment only....

If you are planning for this issue, use object list else u need to create notification for each and every equipment...

Since wat ever the equipments, if u sold the same... you will have a serial no

Hello Raj

Like Pete mentioned, there is no object list in notifications. Object list tab is available in an order.

Your requirement is for creation of service notification for multiple equipments.

I would suggest you to create separate notifications for individual equipments. This will also help to record separate history for individual equipments

Raj,

The Object List is in orders (IW31/2/3) and order-related maintenance items (IP04/5/6)
