APD Query Variant

Hi,

i need to extract some of the fields of the query to the external file(Flat).

For that i am trying to use APD. I had created query variant and inclued in the query node definition of the APD.

Now, When i try to include ABAP rotuine in between Query and file and see the defintion of the sourde fields i cannot see all the fields available in query in the definition of ABAP routine in source fields tab.

what cud be the reason?

I have the experience that key figures are named as their (long) technical key in the APD. You might want to have a look at that.

Might the query got changed after APD activation, try including the query again and activate and check.
