We use FCC functionality of CRM (we are using version 6) in connection to FICA system(IS-Telekom)

I created an RFC connection from CRM to FICA system with logon functionality and an dedicated«RFC_USER«.

If I switch to »current-user« I do not have any more logon functionality.

Why I can not use »current-user« (the user exists in FICA system)

Thank you in advance!

Hi Jan

a)Go to SU01D (T-code) and give the name of "current-user"

b)display the user and Go to LOGON DATA tab

c)Check the user type there.

d)If the user type is DIALOG & SERVICE, then only dialog logon is possible.

e)For the rest it is not possible

Thanks

Hi Jan,

You are mistaken by the concept "Current user". If you select it, it means that when the RFC is called, the dialog user who is logged in will be prompted for user id / password to login to the remote system. (in your case FICA system). when system prompts you for this, you can user your RFC_USER with its password to login. (if its a service / dialog user)

if you've communication user then you don't have to select the current user. you've to specify the user/password so that when the rfc is called, this communication user is used to do the activity.

Debasis.
