Partial Goods Receipt for Inbound delivery

Hi,

I am trying to post GR through MIGO with ref to Inbound Delivery. The Inbound delivery qty is 100 but I want to post the GR of only 90.

System throws an error asking to change the qty to the full qty.

Any ideas ???

Hi Amit,

In MIGO, are you changing both Qty in Unit of Entry and Qty in Delivery Note in quantity tab to 90. Kindly check that. Or what is the error you are facing exaxtly, give that and message number.

Hi,

This is the error I am getting when change the quantity to lesser (90) than IB delivery qty (100) :

Item 000010 is not relevant for goods receipt; increase quantity to 100 TO

Message no. VLA312

Moreover, I have to keep the delivery note qty as equal to that in Inbound delivery, as this is the qty printed on the Delivery challan. But still, even if I change the qty in both Unit of Entry and Delivery Note, I am still getting the above error.

Hi,

You can edit qty in qty tabpage in MIGO as Qty in Unit of Entry or else, try to post the doc with MB0A, enter inbound delivery no in shipping notification and edit.

I have tried both MIGO and MB0A but still the system does not allow posting of partial quantity.

System throws an error asking to change the qty to the full qty.

do you think some configuration is missing ?
