Dear Yadav,
1.For a proper costing try to take the cost rollup first,then create the production orders.
2.Check whether you have made the setting for Determine planned costs either while saving the production order or else determine
planned cost while saving if released under controlling tab page in OPL8 for each order type ,plant combination.
This planned cost will be the costs stamped in the material master that was valid during the last costing run.
3.Actual cost will be the cost of that component multiplied with the consumed quantity as per the posting date.
