Cascading Prompts Using Designer

Hi All,

I'm trying to build a Crystal report using a universe and would not like to use Business Views. When I create cascading LOV's in designer they do not work as desired in WebI but not in Crystal. Once I create my query then it prompts me with cascading values but not after I finish my report design and refresh. When I refresh the 2nd time it only shows those values in cascading that i chose the 1st time but does not show everything.

Say for ex: if i build a query with Country ~~>Region~~ >City as cascading

for 1st refresh if I select US ~~>East Coast~~ >New York

from 2nd refresh I only see these values but not other coutries,regions & cities

I know there are limitations using universe for Crystal but just wanted to find out if this is also a limitation or not?
