Hi All,
My bussiness user 2 months back performed separation action to 1 employee. now he wants to make the employee as active.
means the employee wants to come into organization again, what action need to performe for the employee.
but user dont want to perform rehire action.. can anybody tell me the best solution.

If you had run payroll for this employee after termination for (Full & Final Settlement) and closed the book of accounts , it would create issues while running payroll and also at financial posting there could be major impact.You may also need to check with the FICO guys about the impact it creates.
You may try to convince the Business user to go with the rehire action and to maintain the long term benefits of the employee(if any), they can store the first hire date in infotype 0041 for any benefits related reporting purposes.

Delete separation action in IT0000 and extend out all delimited infotypes to 12/31/999. Remember to make any updates on the OM side as well, i.e. remove position vacancy.
