Sales Record as per Serial no and customer name wise

Dear SAP Professional,

I require your help in SAP Sales is there any transaction code for getting the list of sales made during the year with serial no and customer name with other require details.

Actual use of this to find the correct dispatch of stock so that at month end it would easier to find the correct sales and stock report.

Hi,

For this requirement you can make a querry through SQVI by joininng tables VBRP,SER01 & OBJK.

In VBRP you can get the invoice document - item details from this there is a reference doc field VGBEL from which you can get the delivery doc.

you can join this VGBEL in VBRP with delivery field LIEF_NR in SER01 table.

Then join field OBKNR in SER01 with OBKNR field in OBJK.

After joining this tables execute the report.

Sales order details are stored in VBAK, VBAP tables so create an ABAP query or take help of your ABAPer to create a 'Z' report with the filed you require to be displayed on the report output.
