How to keep check on Item quantity of service PR (esll -menge) while creating the service PO.

Please help

Hi,

please set the indicator "Reduction of Purchase Requisition Commitment (Value)" in the customizing transaction ML91.

If you have not set this indicator, the requisition commitment is reduced by the PO on a quantity basis.

Since, for service items, the quantity at item level is always '1', the commitment of the purchase requisition is usually completely cancelled out (reduced to zero) by the first PO.

If you have selected the indicator, the commitment is reduced in relation to the net value of the order. All purchase orders relating to this requisition are taken into account.
