Purchase Requisition Workflow

Hi all ,

I have requirement to trigger work flow when Purchase Requisition created.

I am using Business object BUS2105.But there is no creat Event in this object.

Can anyone tell how to trigger WF after creation Purchase Requisition.

Hello,

Switch on the event trace using tcode SWELS and then create a PR in the system. Check whether any event is published by the system using the tcode SWEL. For your requirement, the event RELEASESTEPCREATED of the BO BUS2105 is publised by the system when a PR is created.

So make use of this event and design the template accordingly.

Are you using the standard workflow WS20000077 or a variant of it? If you are, then the event that triggers that workflow is 'RELEASESTEPCREATED'. Make sure that you have activated the Business Object BUS2105 in the step 'Requisition Release Step Generated' is activated.
