Dealer Claims

Hi,

I want to know how Dealer Claims can be mapped.

My Client will do business with dealers..

i.e.Company->Dealer->Customer

When dealer sells to customer,then Dealer will claim to comapny.

How to map this scenario..

pls help me.

Hi there,

When you mean claim, does your dealer get any payment from the company when he sells to the customer?

Usually when your company implements SAP, dealers are considered as customers to the company. So the dealers buy the goods from the company. How they sell to the customer is not recorded in your company SAP.
