Reservation no

Hello experts,

Through released maintenance order i am getting reservation no, but while using MIGO for issuing goods against 261 system is showing the error like document 00000000000 dose not contain any selectable item.In maintenance order also it is not picking up the plan cost as its maintained in the material master.I hv created 4 different reservation number and stock is also available in stores, kindly suggest.

For Planned cost to appear, Kindly check the following settings

Costing Data for Maintenance and Service Orders --->Maintain Costing Variants

Hi All,

This error is coming for only 1 material others are fine, also cheked material master parameters its ok, my que is

1. What will be the effect on reservation number if my notification is NOCO that is completed and my order is in release stage ? , i think reservation number will not work.

2. Referring to above stage in MB23 its showing the final issue tick of the materials as they are not issued from stores uptil.

Rip,

Goto the order and check in the component tab.

Select that line item and choose general data button at the bottom, see there is any value in the withdrawl qunatity.

If any value is ther it means that the material is issued against this reservation number.

Hi,

There is no price in the withdrawl quantity but it is showing me the final goods issue indicators in the display reservation mode.

Please check your Maintenance Order status, it should be REL and check cost settings in configuration

Hi,

Except GR refurbish all are ticked, only for one material the error is coming system is accepting the other reservation and in MB23 i am not getting the movement tick which is below the batch field.

Hi,

Check the status of the Operation for which the Reservation is created , if this is Ok, check the status of the Order, ensure this is not in CRTD or TECO. I am sure this is not REL in your case.

Hi,

OK. Check whether Reservation is allowed. In the order Component tab, select the Component and Choose "General" at the bottom. Check the entry against the field "Res/Purc.req." it is not "Never". It should be either "From Release" or "Immediately".

What is the status of the operation? Is that operation confirmed?

Check the status of the operation on operation tab of the order.
