FBZ5 -Payment Advice print without giving check details

Hi all,

I got one requirement regarding FBZ5

I want to print only Payment Advice through FBZ5 without specifying check details (like check lot no).

Currently check lot no is mandatory field. So how to skip check details ?

For Payment Advice i am having separate Sap script and i am maintaining it through Tcode FBZP

thanks,

Amol

HI,

Ask your technical consultant to prepare customized ZFBZ5

there you can do your modifications.

Accepted, that is a last option to create ZFBZ5.

But i am checking for any settings or configuration available which can bypass check details in FBZ5.

Hi Amol,

In general the Check Lot field will not be a mandatory field in FBZ5. Any how please check if there are any validations built for this transaction using OB28 T code.

Hi Praisty,

As per your suggestion I have tried Tcode OB28 but there are no entries maintained.

I think main purpose of FBZ5 is to take print of check so its asking for check lot no, But tell me there are no other ways available with which we can only print Payment Advice

thanks,

You can try using program RFFOAVIS, this is for payment advice but doesnt require a check lot

Hi Sam,

thanks for reply, I have executed program RFFOAVIS from SE38

Now i am giving 'Program run date' , 'Identification feature' , and 'Paying company code'.....on executing its giving me message -->

Program RFFOAVIS: No records selected

Any setting i need to maintain in F110 or FBZP ?
