My Menu Text not displaying

Former Member

I am sure thisis a simple problem. On a few workstations, running Vista, when th euser goes to view the My Menu, the description is not displayed. You can see the Folder Icon but The descriptions are not visible. I have tried changing the resolution and I think this is probably the issue. But has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you resolve it?

Thanks in advance!!

Dana

Have you tried to create a new user account on this workstation to see anything could be changed?

hi,

Minimize font size in Font&Background tab of general settings.

Use font Tahoma.

Dana,

You may need to check those PC in question that what are the default fonts for each. Comparing them with the one that is working fine.

Thanks,
