Performance issue when double click the period item from FS10N

Hi

I am seeing a performance issue when i double click any period after entering the data in FS10N transaction execution. Could you please advise if there is any OSS note can be applied or other recommendations would be great.

When you double-click on a period in the FS10N report, system is basically executing line item report (FBL3N) that is accessing a huge database (BSEG). The following notes may help you if you are in release 46C or below.

Actually i looked at 3 notes, the one of them you mentioned was describing to implement changes for FORM PROCESS_BSIS which will be called after BSIS select. But rightnow, we have an issue at BSIS select. Please let me know is there any other note that i can look into?
