Problem in Delivery Qantity:

Hi Guru's,

I have a problem in Delivery document, when i am saving the sales order and trying to deliver i*tin the back date* the delivery document is not showing any quantity automatically in the delivery qnty column !

And it is saying zero quantities are available for that material.

I have checked copy control, which are OK!

I have checked the schedulines in the sales order, the quantities are confirming only in the future.

But why it is not picking the delivery quantities? Copy controls problem seems OK.

2. What are the setting that i should maintain for creating the deliveries inthe Background and also for the back date( in the prevoius month)?

Please help!

Regards,

skumar

    Hi

If Schedule line are confirmed for a future date , how do u expect the quatities to be confirmed in present.

Say Order date is today 16 /07/2009, Confirmed Schedule Line date is : 20/07/2009 , you cannot deliver before 20 /07

Confirmed schedule line dates are the delivery dates in Sales Order and Delvery doc .

    Hi,

When the material is not confirmed for the date in the past, how can you expect the delivery to happen? This is a back order and If the material is available for this particular order, you have to do the back order processing using "CO06". Kindly please try that.

    Hi,

Go to VA02 and to the schedule lines of the order.

Over there just put the date which you are giving in delivery document.

If your system confirm the quantity on that date then there should be no problem in delivering the order quantity.

And also check your stock in MMBE.

If it has not stock then just put some material stock by MIGO.

    Regards

    Raj.

    Hi,

While doing the Delkivery, give the selection date as the Confirmation date from the sales order.

Mean while check the stocks using the MMBE transaction.

Also check the Requirement type in the sales order .

Mean while check whether u r using the MTO process or MTS process.

    Regards

    Jyothi.
