GUI 7.10 patch 13

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my GUI 7.10 patch 11 (Windows XP) to 13 but encountered the error :

This SAP Front-End Patch cannot be applied. Either the installed components are already on the same patchlevel or the

components to patched are not yet installed at all.

Has anyone encoutered the same error?

thats weird... make sure you are using the patch 13 for GUI 7.10 only (gui710_13-10002995.exe SAP GUI for Windows 7.10 patch)

if you're using the correct one, then try uninstalling and installing the gui again and then apply the patch.

Hi Debasis,

Yup. That's the exact file name - downloaded it twice just to makse sure that it wasn't corrupted.

Find it weird too. There're no notes about this error in service.sap.com =(
