Legal Hierarchy changes (COI)

Dear Exports,

We have requirement in legal entity hierarchy.

The current hierarchy:

A001 -Has 2 subsidiaries (100% holding) B001 & J001

And B001 has a subsidiary (100% holding) C001

Following changes needed.

1. First "J001" will get merged into "B001".

2. The assets of the "J001" will get transfered to "C001" from "B001"

3. Now "C001" will split into 3 different entities like "J001", "J002", "J003".

4. we want to maintain the same name "J001" till the end.

Is it possible, please give your valueble inputs.

Please clarify the transfers. If the assets belong to J001 then how can they be transferred from B001? And, if J001 is being merged with B001, why would the assets not transfer to B001 instead of C001?

      Dear Dan,

Thanks a lot Dan for the response.

"J001" will get merged into "B001"..

Then demarge (transfer) the "J001" from "B001" to "C001"

Now under "C001" team wanted to create 4 new legal entities one of it should be same name "J001"
