M_ACTIVE_PROCEDURES emtpy in HANA

Greetings,
I would like to know the process to populate the tables underneath the monitoring view - M_ACTIVE_PROCEDURES.

Currently, it's empty in all our systems (Dev, QA, UAT & PROD).
Please suggest how can we capture the logs for execution of our procedures?

Kindly refer to the SAP HANA SQLScript Reference Guide and cross check the ini-configuration if the monitoring has been disabled.
