BSP Page dormant after user input

Hello all,

I have a BSP application where a user can click a button and download a sample file,he/she will get a popup requesting to download the file,suppose the user download or cancel the button which was clicked becomes inactive.

When i call the same BSP from a SAP gui tcode it works as expected but not through a portal.

Appreciate your response on the same.

Hi guys,

There are things you need to check:

1) Are the portal and application using the same domain, level of subdomain, and protocol?

2) Is the browser which is testing the application running in compatibility mode or Enterprise mode? Doe the issue happens with other browsers?

3) Are you using the BSP template iView?

I am still facing this issue:

1) Are the portal and application using the same domain, level of subdomain, and protocol? -- I am not sure how should i check this.

2) Is the browser which is testing the application running in compatibility mode or Enterprise mode? Doe the issue happens with other browsers? It happens in all broser,IE,Chrome,Firefox

3) Are you using the BSP template iView?-- No
