Report to find vacant positions!

Hello All

Please suggest a report where I can list all the vacant positions based on Personal Areas. Tried report S_AHR_61016509 but not getting the desired results based on Personal Areas. or even a suggestion for an adhoc query.

    Based on Personnel Areas??? But the Position will be assigned to Org units. Are u using the Account assignment feature??

    based on Personnel Area i think u cannot ge the vaccact positions

    u can get the over all Vaccant postions

    Ad Hoc Query can pull the data form PNP logical data base

    i dont think it can be used in this scenaio as it takes the data form the records save in the infotypes

    Hi Tara,

    Try the Report - RHRFPM_VACANCY_DISP_ONLY or Transaction - HRPBC_VAC ,whose purpose is to provide Display Vacant positions of Orgs.
