Errors Messages in DELINS for 80% part numbers

Hello All,

Let me apologize first if this question has already been asked. Note that I do not have any Key Users or IT at my facility. When pulling EDI from DELINS majority of the results come back with the below error messages. Is there a quick fix that I can try or do I have to individually fix each error? Either way you can you assist in explaining the process of fixing the issues?

Also when I pull the DELORD nothing populates; is this not an issue as well?

• The old. Dlv. Sched. No. ### in IDOC ############ <>than current delivery schedule.
• No Sched. Agreement could be found
• Acc.no.cust. not maintained
• No record exists for T661W for vendor
• The current cml. Delivered quantity is smaller than the cml. Received qty.
