SOAP Channel stopped & incative. Message Still Received.

Dear Experts,

We have an inbound SOAP web service (third party) to proxy (SAP ECC). For a reason, we need to stop the web service so we stop the channel. But we can still see in the SXMB_MONI PI that we can still receive the incoming web service from third party. We then even make the channel inactive but still we can receive the incoming message.

The question is, how is this possible with SOAP sender channel?

FYI, we have AXIS adapter installed.

Thank you.

Regards,

Suwandi C.

    Dear Suwandi Cahyadi

Kindly stop the sender channel in the Communication Channel Monitoring.

    Thanks and Regards

    • Hi,

Thank you for the reply. Yes, we have stopped the sender channel. But we can still see in the SXMB_MONI that the messages are still coming through.

Puzzling. It could be someone is sending the message from RWB of integration engine or adapter engine(Not checked this one)

Or directly sending it to IE engine. If this is the case, you wont see the message in AE.
