Connection of SAP HANA & BOBI system to MySQL Server

Hello Team,

We are connecting SAP HANA & SAP BOBI system to MySQL Server.

The MySQL server DB is inside a firewall, any tool connecting to the MySQL DB is via SSH connection only. When trying to connect SAP HANA to MySQL via DBCON & BOBI via IDT Tool we are facing connection issues as the firewall is blocking the connection.

Can anyone suggest if there is any option for secure connection between the SAP servers/tools and MySQL.

Our network team cannot open the ports for SAP server IPs for non secure connections.

Connectivity options and requirements for BI Platform are specified in the Data Connectivity guide.
If you are blocking all ports in the firewall, how are you suppose the connection is going to work ?
