B2c Shop : Pricing details maintained in R/3 are not shown in B2C/B2B shop

Dear experts

I have come across a very pressing problem which needs to be resolved quickly. Looking forward to your suggestions /help in resolving this issue.

Problem desc: Products/Material with corresponding pricing details (PR00) are maintained in R/3. in CRM , the pricing details are shown appropriately (the same PR00 pricing that was maintained in R/3). But the pricing details are not shown in the web shop , neither in B2C shop nor in B2B shop.

If i maintain CRM price 0PR0 , then i can see the same price in web shop first screen (product selection screen) but when i navigate to shopping basket , the price displayed becomes 0 .

i have selected IPC to find out the pricing in Web shop.

Can you please share your experiences ?

Hi Hemant,

It could be anything. You have to realise their is different pricing in ISA (catalog pricing) and order pricing. You have to investigate are they using list prices for the catalog (maintained against catalog and set-up in the shop administration). Are they using the IPC, maybe turn on the price analysis for the web shop to investigate.

You do realise PR00 and 0PR0 are not the same. You need to analysis the pricing procedure, access sequence, pricing maintenance etc... Normal SD/CRM pricing skills.

Or maybe even middleware, are the prices getting to CRM....

The prices are now displayed in B2C/B2B web shop on the product selection screen. The note 302952 helped me to find out the issue and resolve it.

still prices are not displayed in the Order Confirmation screen. I found note 889706 for this problem but still unable resolve the issue.

I am working on SAP CRM 5.0 SP15 .

Could you give some suggestions / notes to resolve this issue ?

Hi Hermant,

I would suggest you first create the order in CRM with this customer and see what pricing you get. Then turn on pricing analysis for the webshop (XCM setting) and create the order and check the analysis. The problem could be anywhere, pricing procedure could be incorrectly set up, the display option on the page calls the wrong value. Your IPC settings are incorrect in the XCM of the web app etc...
