Stage wise calculation of WIP

Can anyone guide me as to how stage wise calculation of WIP is done in a manufacturing concern? At the moment confirmation is done only once. Now the client wants that it should be done at each production stage. What does this involve in terms of configuration, master data maintenance and end-user effort?

Hi,

The stage confirmation will be setup in the PP module by using the control key in the operation which in turn is assigned to Routing. For WIP I dont see any different settings to do.
