i executed one smartform it was goes to the dump

I have a issue with smartform. The requirement is in based on the inputs (transfer order and storage unit number) have to print two pages and the another one is you given only single input (transfer order number) how many storage unit numbers available on particular transfer order that was i want to print the smartform output.first print the transfer order number and storage unit number .every storage unit number before they want to print the transfer order in smartform output in sap abap.in that's the case i wrote the some code but it was goes to the dump.It is urgent requirement help me.Find the attachment.
