There is some specific setting to allow to see the address of the client that generated a chat interaction.

Hi Sergio,

Please check in System Configurator reporting data protection rules.

Hi Sebastian,

It was the first thing I checked, I have all the checks unchecked.

The really strange thing is that it only happens with the chats, with emails and phone calls does not happen.

Maybe the setting is somewhere else.

Hi Sergio,

OK. Did you use sample chat client from SAP CC instalation package? (ChatAS)

In my opinion problem is with sending chat data from client side. Please check server chat portal logs. There from what I know you can find which exactly data chat client sends to server. Please increase chatportal loglevel to debug for that.

Yes, I'm using the demo from the client side, then the idea is to put the chat in the SAP-Commerce pages of our client.
