One STO Document Multiple Supplying Plants

Scenario is this:

We would like to create one STO document to supply one plant from many plants if needed. All the plants are in the same company code. So, we would be using UB type.

I have my thoughts whether this is possible through an enhancement or customization. Would appreciate thoughts on the subject,
