Load data to SAP

Hi All,

I just want to check whether BO DS can be used to upload data to SAP R/3. I know is not possible to directly connect to SAP tables to load data my question pertains to whether we can embed or call custom BAPI or LSMW (ABAP code) or BDC (ABAP code) in Business Objects to load data, if so can you please help me to explain the process.
