Personnel numbers locked by payroll run/reporting

Hi all,

I have an issue when user did 3PR Evaluation run. there are 7 employees for whom got a message saying "3G106-personnel number is by locked by payroll run/reporting".

Please give your suggestions how to resolve this issue.

They haven't got any payment in 2018 year. don't know why these employees have been picked up.

Kindly send your suggestions.

Hi Bhaskar,

May I know what happened and how the issue got resolved? We are having the same problem. PERNRs are not locked on IT0003 but being eliminated on 3PR evaluation.

Also how did you know which PERNRs are not picked, they is not on evaluation spool.

Hi Sikander,

I have tried that option. but no clue so far to resolve this issue. This issue came when user tried to create third party evaluation run using T.code PC00_M99_URME. They didn't have any amount in this pay period. they got only paid once in this year in different periods. in that 7, one is withdrawn and other haven't got pay-results so far in SAP. remaining got paid only once.

I'm feeling like to suggest user to undo run this evaluation run and exclude this 7 employees and re run the URME. so that they can post 3PR Remittance Posting Run to vendors using PC00_M99_URMP.

Experts, Please let me know whether this method will work or not? or will they any get errors in next postings.

Can you please check infotype 0003 payroll status of an employee for whom you get that error? When you open the infotype screen, please check personnel number locked button which is shown below:

If it is checked, can you please unclick it and try again?

Thank you for your suggestion. I have checked all the 7 employees before i post my question here. except one employee all the other 6 employee didn't have tick mark in personnel number locked box. Don't know why it picked those numbers. Do you have any other method in your mind. ?
