Hi Experts,
I am unable to view the tolerance range (over delivery and under delivery) in SNC Web UI. I have defined the tolerance range in SAP R/3 Purchase Order, but when the PO gets displayed on Web UI, i cannot see the required Overdel.tolerance and Underdel tolerance . By befault it displays 0.0% for Over delivery and 0.0% for under delivery tolerance in Item Delivery Terms of SNC WEB UI.
How can i get the actual assigned tolerance range from R/3 to SNC. Is there any settings required in R/3 IDOC?
Would appreciate your help.
Regards,
dmohite
Hi DMohite,
First I want to know which Idoc you are using to Transfer PO from R\3 to SNC?
If you r not using IDoc PORDCR1.PORDCR102 then
You can use IDoc PORDCR1.PORDCR102 to send PO from R\3 to SNC.
Basic Type PORDCR102 Message type PORDCR1
IDOC Segment E1BPMEPOITEM which containes the filed OVER_DLV_TOL, UNDER_DLV_TOL
You can get more information about any IDoc goto Transaction Code WE60 you will all documenation for all Idocs.
Please let me know if your problem is resloved.

Nikhil

Hi Vinod,
Thank you for the note. The issue is resolved. Initially we had set up the tol. range as 0% in Info records and hence it was showing as 0% in Web UI. I tested it by changing the tol in R/3 and hence the scenario is working fine.
