SAP Cloud Print Manager for ByDesign Runtime error

Hi All,

We are using SAP by-design 1808 and print manager for printing bar-code label. We have installed the cloud application in the local system successfully, when we are try to connect the run time system to the SAP web service URL we facing the following error.

Connection test failed: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

any solution about this?

Hi Narayana,

I ran into the same problem. Unfortunately the print manager that is currently published in the download center is buggy and you will need to use a previous version. Please raise an incident and the support team will provide you with an alternative download link.

I don't understand why they're not rolling back to a previous version in the download center tho...

Hello all,

this is a local issue which easaly can be solved with either meanwhile the new CPm version . In case you face any issues with the CPM you can always open an incident and adress it to D. Hänsch
