Hi I am trying to implement instant messaging in ep portal can anyone guide as how ican do?

Aside from the portal Real-Time Collaboration chat feature I believe it should be possible to utilize 3rd party tools also.

Is windows messenger still supported by SAP EP?And which version of portal is supported by RTC?
