How to improve the performance of replication the data using data service?

I have setup two data service server, and create the job in each server to replicate the data from postgres to hana. I setup the data service with the same configuration, but the performance of executing the job is very very different.

I am new to the date service, is there any configuration I can modify to imporve the performance of executing the job.
