Seem to have an issue with NN Maintenance

Trying to create and SFC on entry to the first operation.

nn is setup for the Material Group with prefix = P%DATE_TIME.[ddmmyy]%-

prestart for EN520 then DM520

production order setup with the resource

If I release through SO Release (no problem, SFC is released correct format

If I try to enter and SFC through the POD SFC field, with the same prefix that was used to release the SFC it returns an error that the prefix is wrong.

What is wrong with the setup?
