SRM-MDM Catalog error while transfer of item from catalog to shopping cart

Hi Gurus

I have the following issue with SRM-MDM Catalog 2.0

1. I log in into SRM

2. Select SRM-MDM Catalog

3. I select and add the item I want to order to shopping cart

4. I go to preview shopping cart and select it again then press *TRANSVER ITEMS

and i get the following message:

The requested resource does not exist.

Details: Go to main page of this application!

Do anyone know what might be the reson for that?

I am looking into this transaction and I have everything alright ? no problems regarding this isse was logged.

Any more ideas

Hi Aleksandra,

did you solve your issue?

We also are working with SRM 7.0 and MDM Catalogue 3.0 and we have the same issue to transfer data from the Catalogur to the Shopping Cart item. No log and no message error.

I will really appreciate if you have some suggestions!

Please check SRM side catalog customizing. Do you have HOOK_URL parameter in the catalog call structure?

Yes I have it. I did that according to custumizing instructions as follows:

url adress URL

username Fixed Value

password Fixed

server Fixed

catalog Fixed

port Fixed Value

uilanguage SY-LANGU SAPField

datalanguage SY-LANGU Fixed Value

HOOK_URL Return URL

~caller CTLG Fixed

~OKCode ADDI Fixed

So i think it looks ok. Maybe there is something else that does not allow me to send back information to shopping cart in SRM

Hi Alek

SLG1 is a transaction code in SAP SRM GUI server. here you can see any log information.

for example if some data are not transfered (wrong data ) it will be held in the log.

so they can correct that record.
