Few SC's are stuck in Awaiting Approval status in SRM

Hi,

We have automatic approval set for shopping carts in SRM, but recently we have noticed that few Sc's are in awaiting approval status (not all, its random).

We already have Note 1466930 implemented and Note 1575495 doesn't work when there is any warning message in SC.

Can you please suggest if there is any other Note we can look into or any suggestions.

We are in SRM 7, EHP 3, SP 14, Extended classic Scenario.

Hello Abhishek,

the described issue can have many root causes. First of all check if the WF-BATCH has the SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW authorizations, see Note: 1574002 - WF-BATCH Authorizations

Please revise if the following linkages are activated in case of PC workflow:

/SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDOREADY_FOR_RELEASESRM_PROCESS_START /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDOREADY_FOR_WORKFLOWWS40000014

/SAPSRM/CL_WF_PROCESS_SBWFPROCESS_FINISHEDSRM_PROCESS_FINISHED

For checking this and to activate them the same steps are needed as discussed in the Note: 1466930

IF this is all set and the issue is still occurring, please check the workflow log and see if there is any error there.

In such cases usually a workflow error can be found here. This is usually containing an error message based on you can search in the community or in SAP notes.

Thanks. If the issue is because of role or linkages in workflow then it should have been issue for all the SC's. But we are getting this issue with very few random SC's.
