J1IJ with ref to multiple J1IG

Hi

I am in configuring depot sales my doubt is regarding excise transfer RG23D

We do multiple deliveries with small quantities from plant to depot eg 200,300, 500 and so onu2026, and received it in depot thru MIGO with excise entries with reference to Plant Excise Invoice.

Now my doubt is while we sell to a customer we have to sell it in a bulk depending on the truck load capacity say for Eg. 1200 qtys, now we have to do J1IJ for 1200 qty with ref to delivery doc, How shall we refer the Depot excise which I have captured in partial quantities.

Yes we can select the Invoice list in J1IJ for a corresponding Delivery,

But here i have captured J1IG with partial small quantities eg 100,150...... but while doing J1IJ invoice selection, i want to do it for Large qty 12000.... at a single Order, now how can i select the invoice list. I want a cumulative excise value

Hi,

If you got the stock from Manufacturing plant to Depot (j1ig), system will show the invoices list in J1IJ (select the line item and click on Get Excise invoice)Push button and you have to select the invoices from the listand click on continue.
