UJE* tables not updated for security

Hi Experts,

Is there any standard program, BAPI that updated UJE* tables - for every entry we make on BPC web. E.g. below tables update for user to team /DAP added.

UJE_USER

UJE_USER_AGR

UJE_USER_TEAM

Issue: we are on BPC 10.1 embedded installation, assigned DAP (data access profiles) to user directly and via team as well. but none of UJE user tables are updated in backend. could this be related to config ? or any BADI/trigger that can enable and update tables accordingly? how does this functionality works in SAP.
