Runtime Errors: ITS_UNDECLARED_FUNCTION

Hi Team,

I am using a Standard SAP Tcode: /AIN/MOBILE2 to logon to an ITS mobile service on Internet Explorers. It is giving a dump in ST22: Runtime Errors: ITS_UNDECLARED_FUNCTION.

Short text:

There is no help text for this runtime error Either the text was inadvertently deleted or the release of the kernel differs from that of the database. Refer to the Note system for further information on this runtime error.

I am new to ITS, can someone kinldy help me in resolving this issue.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

I followed all the steps mentioned in the OSS Note 2221538, but no success.

Steps I followed:

Publish all templates with transaction SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT to make sure all templates are up to date (especially for the generator used);

Execute transaction SIAC_REGENERATE_TEMPLATES and re-generate the templates of the ITSmobile service with the preferred generator (recommended generating style: "Mobile Devices (No HTML Tables)" - [MOBILE4] );

Publish all templates with transaction SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT to make sure the re-generated templates will take effect.

But still facing the same issue. When I clic on the Logon button in IE i get the below error:-

500 SAP Internal Server Error
