Partner in Service Desk

Hi,

I would like an Error Message if a Partner role is blank. However the user is a consultant.

Please can you help me?

    Our consultant create Service desk Message for us. In our partner schema we have a partner role for the person responsible. This Partner role have to tended for the consultant. If I customizing that the partner role is a oblitgatory the colleagues must tended, too. Also the constultant can save the Message, only to tended the partner role.

    I need a Error Message before the message save and when the partner role is not tended the can not save the Message.

      First change the partner schema assigned to ur SLFN transaction type and make the processor or req partner as obligatory or Min ="1"

      By doing this unless this partner is filled in ur ticket you will be getting an error message in the error button but ticket can be saved so,

      In addition for the msg pop up.

      You need to implement the ORDER_SAVE badi which is called whenver the save button is pressed

      so whenver you press the save button and mandatory field is not filled the pop up comes and you cann't save the ticket
