Personnel number updation in Confirmed Operations after CO11N.

Dear All,

After doing milestone confirmation of Production order, i want the personnel number using which the milestone operation was confirmed to be updated in the above operations also.

Example,

Lets say my operations are 10,20,30,40,50. I have milestone confirmation on 5th operation, if i confirm the 5th operation with personnel number "X", then when the above 4 operations gets automatically confirmed, i want this name "X" to be update for above 4 operations too.

Kindly suggest how to achieve this.
