Hi All,
We have configured EWA alerts for all our ABAP and JAVA based systems and we are able to get the reports for both in the solution Manager. And also from each ABAP system we have created a task inorder to sent the EWA of that system to SAP through destination SDCC_OSS. Now our concern is to sent the JAVA EWA reports also to SAP and want to place it under /inbox as service message in service market place.
Can anyone of you tell me the configuration of sending the EWA report of JAVA systems to SAP.
Best Regards,
GK.
Hello, for JAVA systems it's not possible to send ewa to SAP, there is any option that allow solman to send a JAVA system to SAP; and for that you won't need sent that type of ewa to SAP.

Hi Lluis,
Thanks for your reply..
When you say "there is any option that allow solman to send a JAVA system to SAP". Can you specify which option.
SAP is going to give enterprise support to our customer and for that matters they need all the data from all servers. They come up with saying, they did not recieve information about the Java systems.
I can see the EWA getting created in our Solution Manager.

Aditya
Hello Aditya; what i try to indicate is that, there isn't any option to send java system ewa to SAP:
"...it is not possible to send ewa to SAP..."
As for Enterprise Support, we pass certification past Year to all our customers, and we have the same question than you and after send a message to SAP, they confirm me that JAVA system's is not necessary send ewa to SAP, you only have to make a diagnostic connection to the solution manager of your customer or partner and configure the ewa on the solution manager, for allow SAP to give support to your Enterprise Support customers, you can sak to your Enterprise Support PSA for a additional confirmation.
that is the confirmation from message:

Hi David,
I have already configured the EWA for non-abap using the document mentioned by you. We are able to collect the EWA for non-ABAP in solution manager. But our concern how we have to send the non-abap data to SAP. We have a single stack JAVA systems. If it is ABAP we will create a task in sdccn but for Java where we will create a task. It is not mentioned in most of the notes that I have search.

GK.
