Problem with vf31

Hai Guys,

I am trying to get mass print out of invoices through the tcode - vf31.

I have maintained the condition records in VV31. I am able to take individual printouts from vf02, but not in bulk through vf31.

Can somebody help me in this regard?

My guess is that there is no output (i.e. NAST table entries) for the documents in question. If you have maintained the conditions after the documents have been created, then the output will be created only when you go into VF02 and save each individual document.

Mass creation of output has already been discussed here (use Search for RSNAST00), but I don't think a good solution was found.

I am also facing the same issue. My user says she was able to print mass outputs before and not now.

can you let me know what was the issue with condition records?

Hi,

Did you use invoice numbers in the VF31 screen.

I suggest you check table VBRK in SE16 for the invoice numbers. The invoice number may carry leading zeros.

Use the same pattern in VF31 and try to print.

Check if you put the correct value in the selection screen, per example Transmission medium, processing mode and so on... because with the information provided is difficult to help you.
