EHP4 Severe ERROR: EA-APPL configuration phase ADDONQCALC

Hi experts,

I am facing a problem on ADDONQCALC phase saying :

SEVERE ERROR: component EA-APPL => release inconsistency between ncvers (604) and compinfo-old (600) (internal error)

(Function: R3upNcversUpdateExtrelease)

Current support pack for EA-APPL is 600 sp level 15.

Tried : I have tried putting the EA-APPL 602 and 603 with all support packs.

Anyone could help or suggest ...

Hi Jawad,

Check entry in table NVERS. It looks like thers is a version mismatch in this table.

Hi Sunny,

I have noticed my system is currently with SAP_APPL 602 and EA-APPL 602, other components are on 600 release. I installed it from EHP4 ready CD.

I think the mistake over here is that , I recieved few errors on these packages on the previous phase and then I reset my upgrade and through SAINT I have upgraded these two packages to 602 release. After that I ran the upgrade from start using the same XML file. Do you think this could be the error ?
