New window not opening for firefighting with tcode GRAC_EAM in WebGui

Hi,

When we are trying to logon to a remote system from GRAC_EAM via WebGui in GRC, we are getting "Errors occurred while accessing some systems".

The logon works fine when we are launching from SAP GUI, so it doesn't look like a authorization issue.
